Abstract
Bronchogenic cyst is a benign lesion which is commonly seen in the posterior mediastinum. Diaphragmatic origin in retroperitoneum is an unusual location for a bronchogenic cyst. Cross-sectional imaging modalities describe the origin and content of the cyst evidently.
