Abstract
Seven cases of vaginal polyps with atypical stromal cells were investigated. Three of the cases were classified as vaginal rhabdomyoma and four as fibroepithelial polyps with atypical stromal cells. All of the patients were adult women with minor or no symptoms. None of the tumor recurred or metastasized.
