Rheumatic diseases and pregnancy

Purpose of review This review discusses how inflammatory rheumatic diseases [rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)] of the mother can influence the course of pregnancy and the development of the fetus.
