Abstract
The structures of six commercial hydrolyzable tannins, chestnut, oak, tara, sumach, chinese gall, and turkey gall tannins have been examined by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry.
