Abstract
CdS nanocrystals with sizes between 3 and 4 nm were synthesized via a competitive reaction chemistry method, where the thio‐glycerol is used to restrict the crystal growth as a capping agent. The structural and morphological characterization of the samples have been done using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) while compositional analysis has been carried out using Energy Dispersive Analysis of X‐rays (EDAX)...
