Abstract
A 9-year-old girl presented at the Pediatric Emergency Department with an acute onset of gastrointestinal symptoms due to hypercalcemia. Despite the absence of circulating blast, bone marrow biopsy was diagnostic of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
