Isolation and partial characterization of species-specific and cross-reactive antigens of Echinococcus granulosus cyst fluid

Two parasite antigens have been isolated from Echinococcus granulosus hydatid cyst fluid using hydrophobic interaction chromatography, anion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography.
