Abstract
We describe a patient with 46,XY partial gonadal dysgenesis (PGD) who presented with polyneuropathy. Sural nerve pathology revealed peculiar findings characterized by extensive minifascicular formation within the endoneurium and with a decreased density of myelinated fibers.
