Abstract
Protective effects of quercetin and rutin against oxidative stress were evaluated using in vitro and intracellular antioxidant assay. Quercetin showed higher peroxyl and hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity in a dose-dependent manner than did rutin in oxygen-radical absorbance capacity (ORAC).
