Abstract
Purpose.: To investigate the relationship between cup-to-disc ratio (CDR) and estimates of retinal ganglion cell (RGC) number. Methods.: This cross-sectional study included 156 healthy eyes, 53 glaucoma suspects, and 127 eyes with glaucoma.
