Ileal Pouch-Anal Anastomosis for Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

The aim of this study was to determine the long-term outcome among 390 patients with ulcerative colitis who underwent ileal J pouch-anal anastomosis and whether patient or operative factors influenced results.
