Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Therapeutic endoscopy may be effective in selected patients with chronic calcific pancreatitis (CCP). We prospectively evaluated the early outcome of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) in combination with interventional endoscopy, using broad inclusion criteria.
