Abstract
Minute amounts of tissue supernatants from mouse neonates bearing a mutation in the copper (Cu)-transporter gene, Atp7a, were injected into narrow-bore HPLC coupled with an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) to examine Cu metabolism.
