Abstract
The compressive deformation behaviors of Zr-based metallic glass composites containing different tungsten fiber orientations were investigated. The angles (θf) between tungsten fiber orientation and loading axial direction are 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°, respectively. The results show that the strength, plasticity and the failure modes vary with θf. At θf =0°, the composite possesses the highest strength and the largest plasticity. When...
