Abstract
The effect on human neutrophil NADPH-oxidase activity of the serine protease inhibitor diisopro-pylfluorophosphate (DFP) was investigated. Pretreatment of neutrophils with the protease inhibitor did not affect the release of reactive oxygen species induced by fMLP.
