Abstract
The current study was designed to develop and test a T-cell dependent antibody response to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) in cynomolgus monkeys. In an optimization experiment, monkeys (3/sex) were given a single intramuscular injection of KLH at 10 mg/animal to evaluate the kinetics of the antibody response.
