Abstract
We report a Japanese family with glucocorticoid-remediable aldosteronism (GRA) in whom gene abnormality was identified by the long-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. The proband was a 21-year-old female incidentally found to have high blood pressure (173/107 mmHg).
