Amino acid and fatty acid compositions ofAdenopus breviflorusbenth seed

The amino acid and fatty acid contents of Adenopus breviflorus benth seed (locally called egwoli) with and without hull were determined. The results for the amino acid analysis showed that the seed is a good source of most of the essential amino acids and comparable to those of soya bean.
