Abstract
Chagalapoli (Ardisia compressa K.) is a tropical fruit of deep purple color with a high content of pigments. Anthocyanins, polyphenol composition, antioxidant activity and physicochemical characteristics of chagalapoli fruits (CF) are analyzed.
