Abstract
The 2 management strategies of neonates born with ductal-dependent pulmonary atresia and ventricular septal defect (PAVSD) include single stage primary biventricular repair (BVR) or staged palliation with modified Blalock-Taussig shunt (BTS) followed by second stage repair.
