Abstract
Without using any templates or surfactants, SnS2 nanoparticles and nanosheets are successfully synthesized via a simple and convenient refluxing method. Both SnS2 nanoparticles and nanosheets are hexagonal SnS2 phase. SnS2 nanoparticles synthesized at low temperature create a high density of sulfur vacancies.
