Abstract
Methyl triterpenoates derived from oleanolic, ursolic, betulinic, glycyrrhetinic, platanic, or maslinic acid were converted into their corresponding sulfamates and carbamoylsulfamates. The sulfamates were screened in photometric sulforhodamine assays for cytotoxic activity employing several human tumor cell lines.
