Abstract
In this series of 13 patients undergoing repair of transposition of the great arteries with ventricular septal defect and pulmonary atresia, the operative risk and postoperative complications were greater than for repair of either transposition of the great arteries with ventricular septal defect and pulmonary stenosis or pulmonary arterial atresia with ventricular defect.
