Als erste und langere Kontaktpersonen vonseiten einer Organisation kommen die zustandigen Mitarbeiter aus der jeweiligen Fachabteilung oder der Personalabteilung infrage. Als Mentoren stehen sie fur Anliegen und bei Problemen, soweit sie Ablauf und Eigenheiten der Organisation betreffen, zur Verfugung. Im Folgenden wird auf Beobachtungen bezuglich moglicher Betreuungsformen eingegangen.
