Axonopus compressus also known as carpet grass is a robust, stoloniferous grass that can grow in minimal fertilization and resists well to abiotic and biotic stresses including low nitrogen (LN) stress. This study aimed at characterizing the agro-morphological and metabolome responses to LN in carpet grass leaves.
