Abstract null null The structural evolution and the variation in the electrical properties of 0.67Bi1.03FeO3-0.33BaTi1-xZrxO3 (BF33BT-100xZr with x = 0.00–0.05) piezoelectric ceramics were studied. Abstract This article reports structural evolution and electromechanical properties of lead-free (1-x)(0.965Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-0.035BaTiO3)-xSrTiO3 (BNTBT-100xST with x = 0.00−0.30) ceramics synthesized by sol-gel and hydrothermal methods. Abstract Temperature-insensitive high piezoelectric strain and low strain hysteresis (Hs) with high Curie temperature (TC) are desirable for piezoelectric actuator applications.
