Abstract Acrylamide (AA), an important by-product of the Maillard reaction, has been reported to be genotoxic and carcinogenic. The present study employed miRNAs to investigate the toxic mechanism of AA and their role against AA toxicity. Abstract In our study, the ameliorative effect of salidroside (SAL) from Rhodiola Rosea L. on the intestinal microflora subject to furan-induced liver injury in a mouse model was investigated by 16 S rDNA, oxidative indexes, LPS and cytokine levels.
