To elucidate the impact of glucocorticoids on ovarian steroidogenesis and its molecular mechanism by focusing on bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs), we examined the effect of dexamethasone (Dex) on estradiol and progesterone synthesis by using primary culture of rat granulosa cells.
