The superhydrophobicity of solid surfaces is primarily dependent on low surface energy and surface microstructure. The micro-groove array structure was processed by high speed precision micro-milling machine on the aluminum alloy surface. The direct relationship that milling parameters influence the surface roughness and surface burr were studied when milling the aluminum alloy surface by using micro-diameter milling cutter with a diameter of 150μm.
