This paper presents a novel ultraviolet photon counting system based on a SiC SPAD array. The detector is made of 4H-SiC with a fairly low dark current in pA level and the array size is 1×128. Here stretchable, self-healable, and transparent gas sensors based on salt-infiltrated hydrogels for high-performance NO2 sensing in both anaerobic environment and air at room temperature, are reported. A bright white light emitting material based on CdSe QDs were prepared by a facile post-synthetic treatment of passvating the QDs by hyperbranched polyethyleneimine (PEI) in water. The CdSe@PEI aqueous solution emits white light with CIE coordinates (0.334, 0.347) and with a PLQY of (17.7 ± 0.1)%.

Abstract null null A one-step, facile hydrothermal approach was developed to synthesize gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) modified reduced graphene oxide hydrogel (Au-RGOH) with three-dimensional (3D) porous microstructures for sensitive NO2 and NH3 monitoring.
